Senior Flutter Developer

Permanent employee, Full-time · Remote (Poland)

Your responsibilities
  • Leading an agile cross-functional team focused on delivering business value 

  • Developing and maintaining software applications in accordance with the best engineering standards

  • Writing high-quality, clean, and functional code

  • Troubleshoot, debugging and bug-fix reported issues 

  • Testing the implemented code, writing and maintaining tests

  • Writing and maintaining documentation

Requirements
  • At least +5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer and +3 years of experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter

  • Experience with Dart,  JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS  

  • Experience deploying apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store  

  • Understanding modern web application design architecture (Repository Pattern, MVVM, Dependency Injection, Reactive Programming  and State management solutions)

  • Practical knowledge of OOP, Clean Code, and SOLID principles

  • Proficiency  with CI/CD practices, git, docker, terminal 

  • Effective Communication and Teamwork

  • Fluent in English (B2) and Polish (B2)

  • Proficiency with Figma for layout specifications

  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles

Nice to have
  • Experiences with Scrum 

  • Basic knowledge of the German language
